1 - Sign in to your customer portal: portal.botw.org
2 - Go to Manage Listings and choose the business you want to verify
3 - Go to Trust Seal and click "Embed this Widget'
4 - Click Verify Address - this will mail a postcard to your business address with a website and code to verify your address
5 - Click Verify Phone Number - this will call or text your business phone number with a code
